Tom Moser is a trial lawyer practicing in most counties and courts in Northwest Washington. Tom's  office is located in located in Mount Vernon, Washington. He is former elected Prosecuting Attorney for both Skagit and San Juan Counties and past President of the Skagit and San Juan County Bar Associations.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all courts in the State of Washington, Federal District Courts of Western and Eastern Washington, and U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Tom is listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the World, and other editions of Who's Who publications. Tom is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to lawyers. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly Washington State Trial Lawyers). Tom has been voted "Super Lawyer" for the years 2001 through 2005 and 2007 in Washington Law & Politics magazine by his peers among Washington lawyers.
